Today, Dumb Little Man put me on to LingQ which offers free online language courses.
The hook is that you will only get so far before you need to start paying for the real deal. Nevertheless, the pitch is inticing and I suddenly find myself really stoked over the idea of picking up Spanish again. Why Spanish I have no idea. Given that I live in Asia, Mandarin should be my first choice but that idea leaves me cold.
Perhaps listening to Chinese New Year Music over the past week has stomped all over my Mandarin aspirations.
