Dolzalesque Deceptions

“When white ‘feminists’ see how white people have historically oppressed others and how they are coming very close to destroying the earth, they often want to disassociate themselves from their whiteness. They do this by opting to ‘become [native] Indian.’”

Written by Andrea Smith, a white woman who at the time was presenting herself to the world as Cherokee.

This confirms a theory I have about Rachel Dolezal which I can now express as a paraphrase of the quote above:

“When white ‘feminists’ see how white people have historically oppressed others and how they continue to benefit from racism, they often want to disassociate themselves from their whiteness. They do this by opting to ‘become black.’”

I suspect this affliction is peculiar to left wing activists as they are the ones most likely to abhor their participation in oppression so much that they want to erase their identities as Caucasian.
